Digital concierge for hotels and accommodation facilities
Easy Concierge is the online platform that allows hotels, B&Bs, residences and holiday homes to communicate with guests and provide information and services directly on smartphones or tablets, with no app to download.
Guests can access it via a link or QR Code and:
- view useful information about the property;
- book services and activities;
- communicate with the staff;
- discover nearby events and initiatives;
- get directions through Google Maps.
The new Events section allows you to publish events complete with dates, locations, descriptions, images and links, also through iCal/ICS calendar synchronisation.
With the Blocks feature, you can create customised content with a title, text, image and link, ideal for promoting the property’s services, offers and proposals.
From the management panel, you can customise colours, images, icons, layouts and content in all enabled languages.
